Professor Opening in Control and Automation at Aalto University

A new Professorship position has been announced in the Chemical Engineering department at Aalto University in Finland. Prof. Iiro Harjunkoski writes that they are looking for someone “passionate about the world of process control and multiple technologies that will contribute to the next generation control and automation solutions.”

The position is at any rank in the tenure-track system (Associate, Assistant, or Full). Some of the keywords from the post include “design, operations and process development”, “interface between industrial processes”, “dynamic process models”, and “enthusiasm in control and a good balance between theory and practice”.
