How to link Conference Presentations to Your Papers and Proceedings

In LAPSE, you can upload your conference presentation slides to your conference paper, proceedings, or journal article. This is a great way to get more people to find, read, and learn from your work.

Step 1: Submit a new Conference Presentation to LAPSE

Step 1: Log into LAPSE. Submit a new Conference Presentation.

Step 2: Add the meta data for your presentation and upload the file

Step 2: Add all the necessary information for your record

Step 3: Link it to your paper

Step 3: In tab 8, link your presentation to your conference paper, full paper, or any other material you want by providing the LAPSE ID of your full paper. If you want to link it to something that is not in LAPSE, like a paper in journal by another publisher, you can provide the DOI or the arXiv link instead.

Step 4: Review and Submit

Step 4: Review and submit your deposit.

Success! Now your slides are uploaded and linked to your paper!

Success! Now anyone can download your slides, and, they can see a link to your full paper in either the Links section or the Record Map.

And if your paper is also in LAPSE, anyone who finds your paper can also find the conference presentation slides too!
