All material published in Systems and Control Transactions is released open access with the CC-BY SA 4.0 License.
Licensing and Copyright
Authors sign a license agreement with PSE Press and related entities that grants exclusive publication rights to the work.
Authors retain the copyright. This means it is easy to publish material by authors from US Government agencies or other other government agencies that require copyright retention since a separate or special license agreement is not usually necessary.
Archive
Individual articles and/or whole volumes are archived in:
- LAPSE
- Library and Archives Canada
- Othmer Library of Chemical History (selected works)
Authors are welcome and encouraged to archive all Systems and Control Transaction content in personal, institutional, or third party archives, public or private.
Publication Charges
Publication fees are negotiated with conference organisers separately for each volume published in the series on a case by case basis. Conference organisers pay all publication fees according to the terms, conditions, and fee schedule agreed to in each contract. Charges to conference organisers typically consist of page charges and article processing charges. Conference organisers should contact PSE Press at press@psecommunity.org at least six months before the conference for details.
Authors do not pay publication charges (submission fees, article processing charges, page charges, colour charges, editorial processing charges, or article withdrawal charges) directly to PSE Press or Systems and Control Transactions.
Please note that Systems and Control Transactions does not accept unsolicited article submissions from the general public. We only accept submissions in conjunction with the conference associated with each volume and according to the procedures of each.
