Postdoc @ Princeton in Renewable Energy System Synthesis, Analysis, and Optimization

A postdoctoral research associate position is available in the group of Christos Maravelias in the Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment and the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Princeton University.

The position is in the broad area of renewable energy systems synthesis, analysis, and optimization. The goal of the project is to develop and study new systems for the production of chemicals from various feedstocks, including lignocellulosic biomass, wastewater, and recycled plastics.

The candidates are expected to have a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, and have experience with process simulation tools and optimization (theory and tools).
