Prof. Haoshui Yu in the Department of Energy and Process Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology has an opening for a PhD researcher in Integrated Energy Systems for Sustainable Digital Infrastructure.

The announcement notes that the PhD student “will investigate integrated energy and carbon management systems for future carbon-neutral industries, with a particular focus on the interaction between AI data centers, direct air carbon capture (DAC), district heating networks, and other industrial processes that can effectively utilize low-grade waste heat.
