FIPSE-5 Postponed again until 2022

In what is probably the canary in the coal mine for conferences everywhere, FIPSE-5 has been postponed again until June 27-29 2022, for a total of a two year delay. The conference organizers intend on keeping the original scientific program but acknowledge the potential need to find replacement speakers

The organizers plan on having a webinar this summer to provide information about the conference and its mission.
