“The CAPE Forum aims to bring together researchers and industry professionals to exchange ideas and engage in discussions on research challenges, new and emerging technologies, and cutting-edge advances in both academia and industry within the field of Computer-Aided Process Engineering (CAPE).

The CAPE Forum is a series of small-scale yet highly interactive annual conferences organized under the supervision of the Computer-Aided Process Engineering Working Party (CAPE Working Party) of the European Federation of Chemical Engineering (EFCE). Its format is designed to foster in-depth discussion, collaboration, and close interaction among participants.

The 2026 edition of the CAPE Forum will be held in Salamanca, Spain, from September 16 to 18, 2026, and will be organized by the Sustainable Engineering and Production Group at the University of Salamanca. Founded over 800 years ago, the University of Salamanca is the oldest university in Spain and one of the oldest in Europe, offering a unique historical and academic setting for this event.”
