Tenure-Track Faculty Openings in Chemical Engineering at Drexel University
The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Drexel University is currently looking for two tenure-track faculty members at the Assistant Professor level. The start date is September 1, 2024. This will provide the candidate an opportunity to gain an additional year of research/grant writing experience prior to the start of the tenure clock.
Candidates with any research expertise related to Drexel’s College of Engineering’s cluster hiring themes of Energy and Sustainability; Health, Wellness, and Medicine; and Smart, Integrated Cities are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with research in either of the following two areas:1. Process Systems Engineering2. Biotechnology and Biomedicine. This focus is also part of the University- wide research initiative around Cell and Gene Therapy.
